Since our earliest formation in the 1980s we have always been a mixed team of HR and legal practitioners. We have always believed that it takes both disciplines combined with line management to make employment law work.
It is not enough to be legally right, the structures and solutions need to work for the business in commercial and aspiration terms.

It will be interesting to see how, if at all, this changes the focus of conventional solicitors advice on employment law.
